Whitney Rohrer is the Director of Clinical Operations at Deaconess Abundant Life Services and is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 18 years of experience in clinical care, operations, and executive leadership. With a strong foundation in geriatric rehabilitation, dementia care, and complex case management, Whitney has worked across diverse care settings—from inpatient psychiatry to long-term care and home-based services—always with a commitment to high-quality, person-centered care.
Whitney is passionate about community-based care models that foster collaboration, accessibility, and dignity for all individuals. She brings a strong commitment to operational excellence and quality improvement, with a focus on empowering teams and building sustainable systems that enhance care delivery and outcomes.
Outside of work, Whitney finds joy in cooking for family and friends and sharing life with her husband and two beloved rescue dogs, Rooster and Turkie, who remind her daily of the importance of patience, compassion, and unconditional love.
